Hi! I guess this is my first "blog". I never thought that I'd do this type of thing but something has apparently changed. I started one of these about 2 years ago (maybe) and never did anything with it.

I just want a place to rant and rave (I do this a lot), share things I like, pictures and stories of the kids, etc...

So.... Easter is just around the corner, literally. I can't believe we are well into April already. Can you believe it?

This is Cameron's 1st Easter, unfortunately Mike will still be gone. I guess it isn't really that big of a deal. It's not like Cameron will be egg hunting or anything anyway.

Sierra got glasses last week. She is only a little near sighted, so she won't need them all the time. we went shopping for glasses the day after we found out she needed them. I told her she could pick anything she wanted (within reason) because I know how important it is that she is comfortable and confident wearing them. We shopped for hours, hitting everywhere we could think of, trying on hundreds of pairs but it didn't matter, she knew what she wanted. Of course she is a little like me and a little like Mike - which makes her A LOT picky but whatever, she is her own person! Anyway, we got to JcPenney and she found the perfect pair. She said I have to have these! We ordered them and she could not wait to get them. I must have heard about them 20 times a day until they came in. She loves them so much. It was so cute, she was so excited to get them. I have never seen anyone so excited about getting glasses. My little girl is awesome, I love her!

Off to bed for now... until the baby wakes up anyway!
